Do you feel delighted when you think about the desires of your heart that they are on their way to you? Or are you sad and depressed that they haven’t turned up yet? Does life keep you so busy that you feel you don’t have time to pay attention to what’s filling your bucket?
Have you read “The Key” or other books on the Law of Attraction, but don’t you just get it right? You’re not on your own. I was there, and it’s more natural sometimes than others. I’ve learned a few things along the way that could support you as well. Such real-life tips will actually get you to work on the Law of Attraction.
There are many methods at your fingertips to use the Law of Attraction to your benefit, according to many Law of Attraction Experts and The Truth. All techniques, however, always remind the basic “Ask, Belief, Receive” process. I like naming it “Ask, Belief, Attain and Receive.” We’re going to get there. I clearly remember the time in my life before I learned about the Law of Attraction and The Key in the real-life story. There was a lack of direction in my life, and a nagging voice constantly told me that I should have already figured this out.
But things began to fall into place after reading “The Secret.” I developed a sense of direction and moved to another continent within two years.

For me, the Secret was a great eye-opener and I love it very much, but sometimes I found it a little difficult to grasp exactly what I was supposed to do.
I landed a job in an amazing company within 2.5 weeks of landing in Canada, and after just two months we moved into our first rental apartment. It’s important to note here that we’ve only seen ONE apartment. Our new home, nearly brand new, beautiful and in a neighborhood we liked, was within our price range. And we got it, although we had no experience of leasing and hardly any references. We still have that. Through reality, the rule of attraction. So let’s break the steps down:
Everything in our universe has a frequency, according to the Law of Attraction and Quantum Physics. If our energies correspond with the frequency of our wishes, there will be manifestation.
You need to be crystal clear in your mind to tell the world what you really want. Can you ask Amazon to give you “you like something” and then wait for it to appear? If you’re unclear about your question, you’re going to send out contradictory frequencies to the world and all you’re going to get back is conflicting messages and circumstances.
Matter Of Words
Choose your words wisely, your words are powerful tools to express your feelings and beliefs. For the Law of Attraction, negative words like no, not or never, are non-existent. And it’s all real. When you say, “I don’t want to fight for money any more,” the focus of your thoughts and emotions is on the fact that you are fighting. You’re going to get more reasons to fight. Work on the positive shift of your words. At first it will feel awkward, but with time it will come naturally.
Funny side-note: I often sing my daughter’s song “You are my sunshine.” I rewrote the last line from “Just don’t take away my sunshine from me” to “With you, every day my sun will shine.” First, she defied me and told me they didn’t have the words, but now I’ve got her used to this row. So much more optimistic than that Sweetheart*.
It’s not your job to worry about the path. Your job is to be straightforward about your request, believe in it wholeheartedly, and accept it with open arms. Trust that the world will take care of it for you once you have asked for it. Let’s use the same metaphor again: if you placed an order on Amazon, will you order it again and again, as it has not yet arrived? Silly, isn’t it? The Law of Attraction is the same. Clearly ask for it, in your mind or loudly, and then move on to the next part.
Believe that your dream is on its way to you after you have made the request. Believe, believe and believe a bit harder. When we decided to move to Canada, Canada was all I could think of. It was all that I wanted to talk about. I thought we were going to do it. No promise was issued that we could become permanent residents, but I believed in it.
Matter of Words: Yes, they still do.
Do not contradict your feelings, words and actions: “I want this new job, but how can I compete with 160 applicants?”Try to put it in a positive way and repeat the assertion again and again when questions come in: this is my work! My employer knows it just not yet!”As I applied for my current job, which I love, love, love, I said this to myself and friends over and over again!
When in doubt
If you think like doubt raises its ugly head, transfer your focus, thoughts and feelings to something positive. There’s anything. Don’t let doubt settle in. You can try to shift the attention on a few affirmations and note the optimistic wording of these: I can do this!
My vision is on my way.
I’m so grateful for what I’ve got in my life.
See how I branded Ask-Believe-Receive’s holy trinity on the word Achieve? It is because I strongly believe that to fulfill our goals, we need to take motivated action. You’re going to be so excited for your vision to become a reality as far as I’ve learned that you won’t want to sit still and wait for it to manifest. You’re going to want to do something.
The Secret talks about feeling it in great detail. It’s been difficult for me to understand. Using everything you can to make you feel and believe you already have your dream. To help you feel it, use as many props as you need. Mix and match until you feel right.
There are a few places for me that I can’t imagine how I’d like to have them. For example, I tried to shift my focus to weight loss. I could never convince myself that whenever I looked in the mirror, I already had the body I wanted when the opposite looked at me right in the face. That doesn’t mean that it won’t work for you. You can do that if you feel it.
You can do that if you feel it. I just take my failure to believe in it as a sign of my belief that I deserve more attention from other places than my weight.
When I get the feeling of “I just know it,” I will do all I can to move in the direction of this feeling. I just think your emotions should lead you where you’re supposed to be. Things are going to come in.
Buy a piece of equipment you need when your vision comes to light. If you want to fly, for instance, make sure that you have a decent suitcase and that your passport is up to date and valid.
Write a check to yourself and put it in your pocket with the exact amount you are asking for the world.
Sweet vibrations: if you’re trapped in the car traveling to and from the office, put on your favorite music, think about your dream and listen to your songs until you feel tingly all over. Not only will you come home with a big grin on your face, but your energy and frequency will also be shifted to align it with what you want.
With one or all of your dreams, create a vision board. Using cut-outs from magazines, newspapers, or anything else you can stick to, tape, or lock. You can use a cork or poster board to hang it on a wall that you often look at, or use a* winkwink* newspaper. For your vision board, Pinterest is also a good system. Only make sure that you often look at it. I love to do that. It’s a lot of fun.
Visualize, visualize and visualize some more. Seriously.
If you have your eyes fixed on a specific house, see how you’re going to decorate it, where you’re going to put your stuff in, and how you’re inviting your friends to your party.
Have you read the article about my dream job landing? Each morning I visualized where I was going to take a turn from the main road to the city to work my new job! I saw my name above the signature of the message.

Evening Gratitude–give thanks for the closing day and express gratitude for the day ahead as if it had already happened. So that’s fun!

I’m happy to ask you. I found my bullet journal— which, by the way, I didn’t intend to begin, it just happened or fell into my lap— helps me with all three steps of this method.
I’m writing my Ask as a statement in my journal at the beginning. I get really clear about what I want and somehow phrase it along those lines: I visualize, desire and manifest (insert here), be/have (insert here). Describe your dream as vividly as you can to round it up by listing various aspects of it.
